It's nice to meet you.

I partner with young and mid-career professionals who are looking for more meaning or direction in their work - or who simply want to get unstuck - to help them find the success and personal fulfillment they desire.
Hi, I'm Mollie.
Certified Career Development Coach & Facilitator

After years of observing peers and colleagues conduct a weekly Friday countdown, many with a desire for more personal engagement and challenge in their work (myself included), I set out on my own career transition. My goal: To help people kickstart a meaningful career, balance the drive for personal growth and traditional success, and connect with other professionals who share the same passion of delivering impact.

In my former career in the financial services sector (at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Avenue Capital Group, and Bridgewater Associates), I learned to set a high bar, and I maintain this standard of quality in my coaching.  I believe any career dilemma is manageable with a combination of confidence, courage, and consistency. From dealing with a challenging boss or co-worker, to expanding your network in an authentic and effective way, to making the difficult decision - to stay or to go?, I am here to help.

In logging >1,000 coaching hours, my clients tell me I have a contagious positive energy, a keen listening ear, and an engaging personality that make me an extremely valuable thought partner.  I also manage a brilliant team of coaches at Flatiron School, a WeWork company.

Why Partner With Me?

Action
Encouragement
Accountability

Coaches often focus explicitly on goals. What is your goal?  What do you need to do in order to achieve it?

When you have a clear vision of where you want to go, creating a thoughtful plan of action is indeed critical.

But, what happens if you are not clear on the specific goal or direction?  Instead of trying to think your way to the answer, I have a unique philosophy that involves taking action and figuring out direction at the same time.  It’s a win, win.

Sometimes we need support and encouragement, and other times we need a proper kick in the a$$ to get moving.

Career decisions are NOT easy - and frankly, change takes work.

Together, we will define what meaningful work means to you, and set the wheels in motion to help you get there.  I'm here to support you - and to challenge you - to make those dreams happen.

You never miss a deadline at work, but somehow you often don't stick to your own personal deadlines. Tomorrow becomes next week; next week becomes the next, and soon enough that thing you didn’t do is still sitting at the bottom of your to do list.

Self-imposed deadlines can often be a little too flexible for their own good. Accountability is an important benefit in working with a coach. We'll recognize your weekly accomplishments and celebrate them as tiny victories along the way.
