Hi, I’m Mollie.  I work with young and mid-career professionals who are looking for more meaning or direction in their work  - or who simply want to get unstuck in their professional lives.

Through one-on-one coaching, we uncover roadblocks and develop strategies to break through or navigate around them.  We dig deep, set realistic goals and create a plan of action to move forward  - even if the end game isn’t exactly clear.

I also host a monthly Jeffersonian Style Dinner series in NYC, in partnership with various industry experts, to bring individuals together -- who may have never met before -- to have a single table discussion around a common theme.  Think good ol' fashioned conversation.

Hi, I'm Mollie.

ICF Certified Career Development Coach

I am an ICF certified professional coach, facilitator, and entrepreneur on a mission to help people kickstart an impactful career, balance the drive for personal growth and traditional success, and connect to other professionals who are passionate about delivering impact.

Through one-on-one coaching, I partner with young and mid-career professionals who are seeking more meaning or direction in their career to help (and challenge) them to find the success and personal fulfillment that they desire.  During my own search for meaningful work, I founded The M Project.

Prior to coaching, I worked at two asset management firms where I was responsible for managing relationships with institutional investment partners, overseeing complex projects, and planning corporate client events.  Prior my work in Investor Relations, I was an auditor (and spreadsheet extraordinaire) at a large accounting firm. I have a passion for bringing out the best in people, and empowering others has been a consistent theme for me throughout.

I am a certified professional coach (CPC) and graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a fully accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  I received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia, as well as the lifelong right to use the term “y’all.”

When I'm not working, you can find me on my bicycle, rock climbing, powering through audiobooks or podcasts, or leading tours at the Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm.

My clients tell me I have a contagious positive energy, a keen listening ear, and an engaging personality that make me an extremely valuable thought partner.

Why Coaching?

I am not exaggerating when I say that working with Mollie changed my life.  Before meeting with Mollie I had a 300 page book, written, edited, and that had made no traction in the publishing world. It had been my dream for this book to get published, but I was sure that it would never happen. With Mollie's incredible kindness, guidance and support I was able to find the motivation to try harder and think creatively about how to make my dream a reality.  I had been trying to find a publisher for 6 years, with nothing to show for it, but with Mollie’s help I found a publisher in just 3 months and my book will be published in October 2016.  Working with Mollie was the best investment I've ever made, and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Mollie has become my cheerleader, my accountability partner, my challenger, and idea generator to empower me to kick my roadblocks in the face and out of the way. If I hadn’t started working with Mollie, I would still be fumbling and bumbling around where I was with no progress being made. Now, with her energetic, positive, committed and strategic-minded support, I have continued to push through and dominate both my internal and external roadblocks. The publishing of my book is in sight and only weeks away!

"Mollie has been a persistent source of professional & personal encouragement for me. She has the distinctive ability to identify the root of an issue and provide thoughtful insights that challenge my perception of a given situation or interpersonal encounter. With genuine care and action-oriented feedback, Mollie helps me tell myself what I need to hear in order to take a constructive step forward."

"I had the opportunity to work with Mollie as a Career Coach for professional 5 month engagement.  I found Mollie to be intuitive, compassionate and insightful.  During our sessions together she helped me evaluate all of the options available.  At times, she seemed to know me better than I knew myself.  Through this work I was able to identify the long term career path to best guide me in the future.  I was very impressed with how Mollie helped me to find the answers within myself.  Unlike some coaches, she never told me “what to do.”  Instead, she partnered with me on journey of exploration which ultimately led to an optimal result.  It is without hesitation that I recommend Mollie as a Career Development Coach to anyone seeking the services of a gifted professional."
