Hi, I’m Mollie. I work with young and mid-career professionals who are looking for more meaning or direction in their work - or who simply want to get unstuck in their professional lives.
Through one-on-one coaching, we uncover roadblocks and develop strategies to break through or navigate around them. We dig deep, set realistic goals and create a plan of action to move forward - even if the end game isn’t exactly clear.
I also host a monthly Jeffersonian Style Dinner series in NYC, in partnership with various industry experts, to bring individuals together -- who may have never met before -- to have a single table discussion around a common theme. Think good ol' fashioned conversation.
Find more meaning in your work.
Are you ready for a change?
Hi, I'm Mollie.
ICF Certified Career Development Coach
I am an ICF certified professional coach, facilitator, and entrepreneur on a mission to help people kickstart an impactful career, balance the drive for personal growth and traditional success, and connect to other professionals who are passionate about delivering impact.
Through one-on-one coaching, I partner with young and mid-career professionals who are seeking more meaning or direction in their career to help (and challenge) them to find the success and personal fulfillment that they desire. During my own search for meaningful work, I founded The M Project.
Prior to coaching, I worked at two asset management firms where I was responsible for managing relationships with institutional investment partners, overseeing complex projects, and planning corporate client events. Prior my work in Investor Relations, I was an auditor (and spreadsheet extraordinaire) at a large accounting firm. I have a passion for bringing out the best in people, and empowering others has been a consistent theme for me throughout.
I am a certified professional coach (CPC) and graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a fully accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia, as well as the lifelong right to use the term “y’all.”
When I'm not working, you can find me on my bicycle, rock climbing, powering through audiobooks or podcasts, or leading tours at the Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm.
My clients tell me I have a contagious positive energy, a keen listening ear, and an engaging personality that make me an extremely valuable thought partner.
An invaluable partnership.
